About the role

We are seeking a data-savvy Commercial Insights Manager to join our EMEA team. The Commercial Insights Manager is a key member of the team, responsible for regional commercial data and category analysis, investigating trends, and providing insights to support decision-making. They will enable storytelling through numbers and challenge the team to reach higher. The role also involves leading NPD forecasting and tracking across the region.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing accurate, insightful summaries of internal and external data, including NPD launches and category trends, with clear implications.
  • Presenting category updates confidently at relevant meetings.
  • Managing EMEA retail reporting to ensure regional requirements are met and reports are consistent.
  • Being the primary contact for the global NPD teams and owning the NPD forecast for the region, including presenting findings and representing the region in global forums.
  • Collaborating with demand planning to ensure launch volumes and market activity are accurately reflected.
  • Conducting post-promotional analysis and making future recommendations.
  • Providing productivity analysis, assortment recommendations, and data for new distribution opportunities.
Team collaboration

You will report directly to the Head of Project Management, EMEA, and work closely with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply, and NPD.

Candidate profile
  • Strong background in Commercial, Category, or Finance roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to influence, and build trusted relationships.
  • Ability to develop category strategies aligned with retailer priorities, with a love for quantitative data.
  • Curiosity about shopper behavior, trend analysis skills, and proactive approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and influence stakeholders.
  • Growth mindset, leadership qualities, and adaptability.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and results orientation.
