• Recruiting, onboarding, developing, inspiring, and retaining the best kitchen talent alongside the General Manager.
• Having a passion for our menu, knowing it inside out, and training your team accordingly.
• Collaborating with the restaurant team to deliver memorable experiences for customers, ensuring high standards of presentation and food quality, and managing food costs.
• Training your team on policies, processes, and guidelines, ensuring the restaurant and kitchen meet standards consistently.
