About This Opportunity

Our Presales Solution Consultants play a crucial role in demonstrating our product's value to prospects, collaborating with sales, leading demos, and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities
  1. Build relationships with all levels of prospective clients, from CEOs to IT teams.
  2. Navigate complex technical engagements and simplify communications.
  3. Partner with sales to deliver excellent customer experiences and close deals.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including solution architecture, marketing, and customer success.
  5. Present our solutions effectively, handle objections, and answer questions from various buyers.
  6. Configure the platform for customized demonstrations based on industry research and technical discovery.
  7. Lead technical evaluations, document insights, and relay industry trends and customer feedback to the product team.
Requirements
  1. Experience working with large customers in technical sales or similar roles such as Technical Account Manager or Solution Architect.
  2. Experience in SaaS, LMS implementation, or engagement management.
  3. Strong knowledge of enterprise technologies, including SSO, CRM, ERP, or HRIS systems.
  4. Technical skills in system integrations via APIs, with familiarity in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  5. Willingness to travel up to 20%.
  6. Sales acumen with experience in methodologies like MEDDPICC or Challenger.
  7. Growth mindset and passion for technology, business, and learning.
  8. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  9. Knowledge of the LMS industry and standards is a plus.
