Key Accountabilities
- Lead high-profile accounts with integrity and insight to ensure the agency is considered a primary partner at every relevant business touchpoint.
- Drive commercial excellence across all accounts. Build and create positive financial outcomes.
- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative approach to deliver impact and commercial value.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships that provide stability and long-term visibility in client business planning. Adopt client objectives as your own.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans that align internal capabilities with client objectives to maximize opportunity and account growth.
- Maintain strong ownership of commercial growth and profitability on accounts, meeting set targets.
- Oversee delivery on client objectives across multiple projects.
- Build a deep understanding of client businesses, sectors, and industries to add value and act as a brand steward internally.
- Lead and inspire teams to deliver industry-leading projects and pitches, aligned with client briefs and commercial goals.
- Collaborate with teams and clients to set clear project objectives and exceed them. Provide counsel and problem-solve creatively where needed.
- Represent agency values and contribute positively to internal culture and community.
- Perform other duties as appropriate for the role.
Skills & Experience
- Significant experience in a comparable role within events, content, or brand activation.
- Client-focused, brand-aware, and business-oriented.
- Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing highly profitable accounts and budgets exceeding £1m.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport and adapt approaches.
- Excellent presentation and organisational abilities.
- Confident in expressing a point of view and challenging constructively.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
- Proven ability to organise and lead teams on creative and strategic projects or pitches.
