Our award-winning PR team is looking for a B2B Account Director

The Think Tank is a 40-person integrated marketing agency based in Holborn. As a fast-growing business, we need a strategic, creative senior PR professional.

We're seeking a London-based PR Account Director to join our supportive, results-focused team of media relations practitioners. B2B, Corporate, or Tech PR experience is essential.

This role focuses on client and people management. You will be responsible for delivering strategic priorities for your accounts, nurturing your team to execute plans, providing client counsel, and acting as their trusted PR advisor.

About You
  1. At least 5 years' experience in a PR agency
  2. Experience managing both a team and successful PR campaigns, with the ability to motivate colleagues and identify challenges
  3. Demonstrable commercial experience
  4. A proven track record in B2B, corporate, or technology PR with measurable results
  5. A news hound with a passion for current affairs and the ability to 'newsjack'
  6. Exceptional writing skills with the flexibility to craft press releases, social posts, op-eds, and comments
  7. Strong media contacts, project and event management skills, and a desire to coach junior colleagues
  8. A self-starter motivated to achieve results
  9. A supportive leader committed to developing team skills through coaching
  10. Understanding of digital and social media, including influencer campaigns
  11. The right to work in the UK
  12. Excellent written and spoken English
The Role
  1. This is a senior role, and you will be the account lead
  2. Manage daily client interactions, team, and projects to ensure results
  3. Oversee client commercials, identify growth opportunities, and develop new business
  4. Plan and execute strategies on a monthly and quarterly basis
  5. Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, ensuring targets are met
  6. Collaborate with the senior team to develop campaign strategies
  7. Participate in new business proposals and strategy development
  8. Engage in continuous professional development
  9. This role requires two days a week in our Central London office
