EE Carlisle Store is seeking a Retail Commercial Leader to shape the regional commercial strategy and support stores in achieving outstanding results. You will lead with analytical insight, coach colleagues, and partner with Regional Managers to translate performance data into momentum across the region.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with Regional Managers, regularly visit stores, and stay connected to our latest products and propositions. Commercial performance data will help you identify priorities, opportunities and emerging trends, enabling you to share clear insights and recommendations across the region. Store visits will give you the chance to coach, support and develop colleagues, driving high performance and great customer experiences. You’ll also contribute data-driven input to key decisions and step in to support the Regional Manager when required.
