Dentalcare Group is seeking an enthusiastic Dental Educational Supervisor/Mentor to join Dentalcare Winterbourne. This NHS/Private practice focuses on patient care and professional development.

You will provide clinical supervision and mentorship to up to 3 overseas-qualified dentists, work 3 days per week with flexible days, assess performance to NHS standards, liaise with leadership, offer pastoral support, and participate in CPD opportunities. NHS Pension and generous leave offered.

Qualifications

• Full GDC registration and an active NHS performer number
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in UK general dental practice
• Interest in education, mentoring and professional development

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to overseas-qualified dentists
• Assess clinical performance and professionalism in line with NHS standards
• Liaise with the clinical leadership team and practice manager to ensure smooth integration
• Offer pastoral support and guidance during NHS induction
• Attend relevant training and meetings as required
