Job summary

Dental Care Group in Berinsfield is offering a unique opportunity for a motivated young dentist to join a practice with an established patient list and a hybrid NHS/private earning model.

The role includes a structured mentorship scheme, dedicated support from a practice manager, and opportunities for CPD and future training in implants and Invisalign.

Qualifications

• Must hold a dental degree and be registered with the GDC.
• IELTS score of 7.5 or higher required.
• Looking to work in the UK as a Dentist long-term.

Responsibilities

• Take on a well maintained patient list in a progressive, supportive environment.
• Engage in the mentoring scheme and participate in training sessions (rotary endodontics, crowns & bridges).
• Develop professionally through CPD/personal development opportunities and supervision.

About You

• Dental degree qualification
• Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC), the UK governing dental body
• You must have passed the IELTS exam to 7.5 score or higher
• You are looking to work in the UK as a Dentist long-term
• You will ideally have a minimum of 1 years+ experience working as a Dental Practitioner
• It is important that you are a personable, positive, and enthusiastic professional - and that you want to put patients interest first.
• You will have an ability to work in a team, with a willingness to learn and teach others
