Job summary

Tameside Educational Psychology Service is seeking an Educational Psychologist to deliver a service to a number of schools and settings from Hyde Town Hall. The role involves direct psychological advice to the authority and collaboration with partners.

You will contribute to the Expert at Hand programme, support statutory duties and assist service development, while working within ACT-informed practice and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration or in training is acceptable.
• Commitment to high quality educational psychology service.
• Experience delivering psychology in schools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Undertake the role and duties of an Educational Psychologist for multiple schools.
• Deliver psychological service to schools, settings and authority as requested.
• Support the Local Authority in fulfilling statutory duties and developing programmes.
