Qualifications

• Hold a Doctorate in Educational Psychology (Essential).
• HCPC registration or eligibility for registration.
• Graduate membership with the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS).
• Good understanding of relevant legislation and evidence‑based approaches.
• Commitment to applying psychology to improve outcomes for children and young people in Essex.

Responsibilities

• Provide Educational Psychology services to schools and settings in Essex.
• Deliver continuous professional development and supervision programs.
• Support early-intervention, consultation, training and inclusion across quadrants.
