Job description

EDUCATION CONSULTANT (PRIVATE CLIENT / UHNW)

Location: Knightsbridge, London (hybrid – 2–3 days in the office)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Reports to: Head of Homeschooling

Enjoy Education is looking for an Education Consultant to join our Client Services team. This role combines educational consultancy, account management and programme delivery. It would suit someone with strong educational knowledge who can manage valuable client relationships, convert enquiries and recruit exceptional tutors into tailored programmes.

ABOUT ENJOY EDUCATION

For 20 years, Enjoy Education has supported UK and international families with private tuition, homeschooling, school advisory and bespoke education programmes. Our HNW, UHNW and internationally mobile clients expect thoughtful advice, discretion and highly personalised support.

THE ROLE

You will own a portfolio of prospective and existing families, acting as both a trusted educational adviser and their principal account-management contact. You will manage the client journey from consultation through to programme design, tutor recruitment, delivery, review and renewal.

Working with Tutor Partnerships, you will translate each family’s requirements into a clear programme and tutor brief, assess candidates and recruit the right tutors into each placement.

This is not a conventional sales role, but it carries commercial accountability for enquiry conversion, client retention, reactivation and appropriate account growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Lead consultations with prospective families and provide confident educational guidance.
  • Own and develop a portfolio of client accounts, maintaining proactive communication and understanding each family’s evolving needs.
  • Advise on private tuition, homeschooling and wider education consultancy.
  • Design tailored programmes and define the academic, personal and logistical requirements of each tutor brief.
  • Work with Tutor Partnerships to source and recruit tutors, including reviewing candidates, supporting interviews and presenting strong matches to families.
  • Oversee tutor introductions, onboarding, timetabling, reporting and programme reviews.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, retention, renewals and opportunities for further support.
  • Maintain accurate client and pipeline records in HubSpot, with disciplined follow-up and account planning.
ABOUT YOU

You will bring:

  • At least 3–5 years’ relevant experience in education consultancy, account management, client services or another high-trust professional environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK education system, including secondary pathways, GCSEs, A levels, the IB and school admissions.
  • Experience managing client accounts, with responsibility for relationship quality, retention and account development.
  • Commercial awareness and experience of converting enquiries or developing accounts through excellent service.
  • The credibility, warmth and judgement to advise parents and build confidence quickly.
  • Strong programme-management skills and the ability to coordinate tutors, consultants, timetables and competing priorities.
  • Outstanding communication, organisation and attention to detail, alongside discretion when handling sensitive or safeguarding‑related matters.
  • Experience of homeschooling or bespoke education programmes, recruiting or matching tutors, using HubSpot, or supporting HNW/UHNW and internationally mobile families would be particularly valuable.
WHAT WE OFFER
  • 25 days’ annual leave plus UK bank holidays, increasing by one day per qualifying year of service up to 30 days.
  • An additional paid day off for your birthday and one paid charity or volunteering day each year.
  • Hybrid working and a remote summer working policy.
  • Access to the Juno wellbeing platform, with monthly employer contributions.
  • Enhanced family leave policies.
