Responsibilities

• Implement the strategic direction set by the Trust Board
• Ensure exceptional educational outcomes across all Trust schools
• Lead Trust-wide school improvement across primary and secondary phases
• Oversee the Trust's performance, including standards, people leadership, finance and external partnerships
• Ensure sustainable growth and robust financial health
• Act as Accounting Officer and ensure statutory, financial and legal requirements are met
• Shape the Trust's approach to teaching, curriculum innovation and inclusion
• Build a collaborative network of school leaders and leadership capacity
• Embed a culture of high-quality continuous professional learning
• Deliver the Trust's civic and moral responsibilities with stakeholders and partners
• Ensure high-quality education through effective and efficient use of resources and people
• Model the Trust's Responsibility, Respect and Resilience characteristics
