Based at Bakewell/ Derby sites with oversight of all academies, you will report to the DDAT Trustees and shape the Trust's next phase of development. The role requires senior-level leadership, governance acumen, and a proven ability to balance strategic priorities

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in education with strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Proven track record of supporting schools and building partnerships with stakeholders.
• Experience working with a Board of Trustees and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the performance of all academies within the trust.
