Job summary

Buckinghamshire Council, in partnership with Supply Desk, offers rewarding Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant and Behaviour Mentor roles across the county. You will support pupils’ learning and wellbeing in diverse settings, with guidance provided, including SEND and behaviour support.

Roles include part-time, full-time, day-to-day and long-term commitments, often aligning with school hours and term dates. Access to CPD training and wellbeing support is provided by our consultants.

Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to work with students in education settings.
• Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills with diverse learners.
• Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils 1:1, in small groups or within the classroom alongside the teacher.
• Contribute to creating positive learning environments and behaviour support.
• Assist with classroom activities and reinforcing learning goals.
