A prominent educational institution is seeking an Education Support Assistant to join their team. This role, based in Exeter, offers flexible working, with part-time opportunities available. Responsibilities include providing guidance to students and staff, supporting academic programs, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the learning experience. A strong customer service background is essential. Fixed-term positions are available, starting January 2026, with generous benefits including 39 days of leave a year and options for hybrid working.
Salary will be £28,029 per annum pro rata subject to knowledge, skills and experience.
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.

These new full and part-time (0.9 FTE) posts are available from January on a fixed term basis until July 2026.
