Responsibilities

• Support learners with their language and literacy skills
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs (ALN)
• Supporting pupils with their numeracy, literacy and ICT skills
• Support children in the various areas within the class
• Understand the safeguarding and behaviour policy and their role within these policies
• Promote the welsh culture
• Working with children aged on Early Years & KS1
• Supporting a teacher in various roles within the classroom
• Ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times whilst working in schools
• Support with afterschool provision which includes sports activities
