Qualifications

• Experience in Further Education and Skills sector.
• Knowledge of Ofsted Education Inspection Framework.
• Experience designing and developing curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support teaching staff through line management and mentoring.
• Deliver teaching and learning alongside leadership duties.
• Ensure learners receive academic, pastoral and progression support.
• Monitor learner progress using data to address gaps.
• Develop engaging, responsive curriculum and ensure quality and compliance.
