You'll learn candidate sourcing, client management, and interview techniques, with mentorship and hands‑on experience. After training, there is potential progression to a full‑time Education Consultant role, including remote work options.

Qualifications

• Drive to succeed with a great work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Presentable with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Resourcing teachers and teaching assistants for job roles.
• Writing job adverts to attract candidates and posting on job sites.
• Interviewing candidates in person, online or on registration days.
• Liaising with consultants to place candidates with schools.
• Writing candidate profiles and maintaining relationships with clients.
