Class Act Teaching Services is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a busy education desk and drive growth. You will build strong partnerships with schools, support teachers in their careers, and contribute to improved education outcomes.

The role involves end-to-end recruitment, managing interviews, offers and placements, while maintaining safeguarding and compliance standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment (education preferred) or a background in education
• Strong communication with schools
• Excellent organisation and ability to juggle priorities
• Resilient, solutions-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a high-performing education recruitment desk
• Build trusted relationships with schools and education professionals
• Coordinate daily, short-term, long-term and permanent placements
• Manage interviews, feedback, offers and candidate start
• Ensure full compliance: safeguarding, right-to-work and AWR checks
