Academics Ltd Hull branch is expanding and seeking a driven, motivated recruitment consultant. The role focuses on building strong relationships with schools and candidates, delivering bespoke recruitment solutions, and owning growth within your assigned schools.

You will drive activity with proactive sales and marketing, present Academics proudly to clients, and interview candidates to match credentials and availability for the market.

Qualifications

• Requires a driven, motivated, enthusiastic character with high standards.
• Proven ability to forge and maintain credible relationships with clients and candidates.
• Proactive in bespoke sales and marketing activity; comfortable presenting Academics to clients.

Responsabilités

• Grow the business within schools in your remit and own those accounts.
• Source and interview candidates, selecting whom to take to market.
• Deliver on activity and business development targets with training and mentoring from a national team.
