We are seeking a dynamic and tenacious Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Hoddesdon, Herts.

The ideal candidate would have some experience in education recruitment, and previous work in a primary school would be an advantage. However, if you are transitioning into a new career and possess managerial or sales experience, we are eager to hear from you.

This role is varied and fast-paced. The ideal person would:

1. Have the ability to multitask and manage the full recruitment process
2. Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy

4. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including confidence when speaking with stakeholders
5. Possess a high standard of written and spoken English
6. Be passionate about building a career in education recruitment

The role will primarily be office-based, but client visits are an essential part of the role, so being a driver is required.

• A starting salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission
• A full-time role during term time (8 am-6 pm with an on-call rota), with reduced hours during school holidays (10 am-3 pm)
