Job summary

EduTalent Group in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Delivery/Recruitment Consultant to join our Education or IT recruitment teams. This delivery-focused role works alongside experienced Consultants to source, engage and manage candidates for existing clients and live vacancies.

You’ll have access to established accounts and regular requirements, enabling you to focus on finding great candidates and making placements while building strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Experience in recruitment, resourcing, sales, account management or similar is welcome.
• Confident speaking with people and motivated by placements and commission.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for live permanent and temporary/contract vacancies.
• Search job boards, LinkedIn, our database and other platforms.
• Speak with and qualify candidates against specific requirements.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Write and post job adverts.
• Manage candidates throughout the interview and placement process.
• Develop talent pools for regularly recruited skill sets.
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date.
• Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand client requirements and priorities.
• Generate referrals from your candidate network.

Recruitment / Delivery Consultant – Education or IT Recruitment

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Salary: Competitive basic + Uncapped Commission

Type: Permanent, Full-time

We are looking for a Delivery / Recruitment Consultant to join our recruitment team in Tunbridge Wells, working across either our Education or IT division.

This is a delivery-focused role where you will work alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants to source, engage and manage candidates for existing clients and live vacancies.

You’ll have access to established accounts and regular requirements, giving you the opportunity to focus on finding great candidates and making placements.

The Role

• Source candidates for live permanent and temporary/contract vacancies
• Search job boards, LinkedIn, our existing database and other platforms
• Speak with and qualify candidates against specific requirements
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
• Write and post job adverts
• Manage candidates throughout the interview and placement process
• Develop talent pools for regularly recruited skill sets
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date
• Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand client requirements and priorities
• Generate referrals and recommendations from your candidate network

What We're Looking For

Previous recruitment experience would be beneficial but isn't essential. We are open to people with experience in recruitment, resourcing, sales, account management or another telephone-based environment.

You’ll need to be confident speaking with people, comfortable working towards targets and motivated by making placements and earning commission.
