Job summary

University College London is seeking an Education Coordinator (G7) to lead administration and delivery of a diverse portfolio of taught programmes across multiple campuses and partners. The role focuses on student support from application to graduation, with close collaboration with academic and professional services colleagues.

You will manage a team of Education Administrators, help deliver teaching and assessments, and ensure quality assurance processes while maintaining flexibility to meet

Qualifications

  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively and manage data effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Line management of several grade 6 staff.
  • Coordinate and negotiate placements, admissions, enrolment and timetabling.
  • Coordinate professional accreditation activities and ensure compliance with fitness to practise and attendance.
  • Manage assessments and exam boards.
  • Work with academic colleagues to deliver an excellent student experience.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as NHS, Community Pharmacies and partners like Natural History Museum and London Zoological Society.
  • Ensure student and staff queries are answered professionally and promptly.
  • Contribute to wider activities across the Division of Biosciences and the School of Pharmacy.
