Job summary

Trinity College London is seeking a Strategic Education Sales Manager in London to identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across the UK and Ireland. The role blends strategic partnership development with proactive sales activity, targeting schools, MATs, and other education organisations.

You will build relationships with decision-makers, manage diverse sales cycles, and drive revenue growth while expanding partnerships with education providers and learners.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in education sales or a closely related market.
• Experience selling to schools, MATs or other education organizations.
• Strong consultative selling, pipeline development and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across the UK and Ireland.
• Build relationships with decision-makers at all levels and develop a strong pipeline.
• Engage with individual schools and larger education organisations including Multi-Academy Trusts and music hubs.
• Take a consultative, insight-led approach to understand customers' priorities and how Trinity College London's music, performing arts, and English language offers can support goals.
• Manage shorter and longer sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and procurement processes.
• Deliver measurable growth in revenue and candidate numbers while expanding relationships across schools and learner groups.
