Southery Academy is seeking an Operations Officer to support the smooth day-to-day running of the academy. The role focuses on efficient processes, effective coordination, and high-quality staff, pupil, and visitor support.

You will work within a collaborative team, contributing to continuous improvement and a busy educational environment, with flexible working arrangements where possible.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Level 2 or equivalent.
• Business Admin or equivalent qualification or recent high-level office experience.
• Experience in a busy office environment and coordinating wider functions.
• Good IT literacy and report-producing ability.
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
