As an Education Mental Health Practitioner, you will work under supervision as part of a dynamic mental health team in a creative environment that encourages evidence-based interventions, new ideas, innovative ways of working, and supporting children and young people. Offering a Whole School Approach is integral to this role.
This approach requires flexibility and working within educational settings. We support CPD and will continue to help you develop your skills. You will utilize your skills through direct individual and group work to support children, young people, and their parents.
There will be opportunities to collaborate with children, young people, and their families to support co-production and meaningful participation in service development.
We will consider CWPs and PWPs with appropriate experience or transferable skills.
You need to evidence BABCP or BACP registration or demonstrate that this has been applied for.
