Job summary

Norwich City Community Sports Foundation is seeking an Education Manager - Higher Education to lead the day-to-day delivery of the Foundation’s Higher Education programme, supporting learners to achieve strong academic outcomes and positive progression. The role also ensures compliance requirements are met, leads recruitment activities, and supports the Further Education provision as required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners within a Higher Education or post-16 environment.
• Strong learner support, progression, achievement and retention strategies.
• Ability to monitor learner performance and provide effective academic coaching.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, compliance, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements within education.
• Ability to build effective partnerships with learners, colleagues, employers, universities, and other stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience delivering teaching, training, workshops, tutorial, or other learner-focused activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of the Foundation’s Higher Education programme.
• Ensure compliance requirements are met and reporting is up to date.
• Lead recruitment activities and support learner onboarding.
• Support the Further Education provision as required and align with strategic goals.
• Build and sustain partnerships with universities, employers and other stakeholders.
