Responsibilities

• Deliver quality evidence-based early interventions to support learning and reduce unmet needs.
• Develop smart action plans with education settings and families to improve learning outcomes.
• Manage workload across early help and emerging support levels, including escalation to specialist/statutory levels when needed.
• Offer emotional and practical support to settings, children and families to boost engagement and resilience.
• Model good practice in supporting children and young people with SEND.
