Job summary

Kindred are seeking hardworking cleaners to join an educational building in North Somerset, Weston-super-Mare. The role offers 2.5-hour shifts, either morning or evening, with a DBS check required for all applicants.

You will maintain classrooms, toilets, and common areas to uphold high standards and a welcoming environment. Successful candidates should be able to work independently, follow instructions, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Able to complete the physical demands of the role.
• Shift timings are fixed and must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and sanitising surfaces, touchpoints, and furniture.
• Emptying bins and ensuring waste is disposed of correctly.
• Replenishing supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls.
• Carrying out periodic deep-cleaning tasks where required.
• Using cleaning equipment safely and storing after use.
• Reporting maintenance issues or hazards promptly.
