Qualifications

• Experience teaching Education & Early Years pathways.
• Understanding the educational needs of adult learners.
• Ability to deliver the curriculum successfully.
• Learner-centered approach to teaching and learning.
• Recent Early Years experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across Education and Early Years programmes, planning high-quality learning for adults.
• Teach in face-to-face and live online classroom environments using Microsoft Teams and monitor progress.
• Provide effective pastoral support and constructive feedback to learners.
• Contribute to curriculum development, quality assurance, and learner recruitment and progression.
