Job summary

Edequity AI Limited seeks a data-driven professional to lead school data conversations, onboard trusts, and translate complex MIS data into actionable insights. You will sit between data engineering and account management, guiding implementations and ensuring outputs support school leaders.

With deep knowledge of school data, experience with major MIS, and strong Excel and Power BI skills, you will shape how trusted analytics are delivered across our UK education customers.

Qualifications

• Deep, practical knowledge of school and trust data collection, usage, and governance.
• Experience with at least one major school MIS.
• Proficient with Excel and Power BI for reporting.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear requirements.

Responsibilities

• Hold data conversations with trust data leads and leaders.
• Interrogate MIS and data estate to assess reliability and meaning.
• Explain data outputs before dashboards reach headteachers.
• Support sales on technical conversations and demos without selling.
• Lead onboarding and data mapping with trusts.
• Own data quality and reporting configurations.
