Job summary

Cedar Mount Academy is seeking a Data Manager to drive strategic and operational data systems, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance to deadlines. You will work with the Senior Leadership Team to develop solutions that raise pupil achievement and contribute to Trust-level data initiatives.

The role requires strong data analysis, systematic thinking and excellent collaboration with the SLT and staff to deliver first-class data provision across the academy.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of school data processes and accuracy in reporting.
• Ability to learn new education data software and tools quickly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with leadership and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and organise strategic and operational data systems and policies.
• Provide data to senior leaders to support school improvement.
• Contribute to Trust-level data work and cross-context data support.
