Job summary

Leeds City College is recruiting a Data Analyst in the Quality of Education team. You will manage data from collection to reporting, creating dashboards and identifying trends to support decision-making while ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance.

You will also support colleagues with data queries and deliver training to build confidence in using data systems. Level 4 qualification pathway may be offered as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Level 2 English and Maths and a Level 3 qualification or above.
• Experience using IT systems including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Google applications and MIS such as ProSolution, ProAchieve or OneFile.
• Experience analysing data to identify trends and provide recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Understand reporting and data requirements with stakeholders.
• Collect, cleanse and manage data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor performance.
• Analyse data trends and provide clear insights and recommendations.
• Present findings while maintaining GDPR and data standards.
• Provide support and guidance on Quality of Education systems and data, including training.
