Job summary

Quantum Scholars in Cowes, Isle of Wight, seeks a Compliance & Resource Consultant to manage candidate compliance and recruitment resourcing across England.

You will check documents, process Enhanced DBS checks, verify Right to Work, obtain references, maintain records, and help grow the candidate network. This is an office-based role with a clear focus on accuracy and candidate care.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Confident communicator via phone and email.
• Willingness to handle sensitive information and safeguarding.
• Good IT and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Check candidate documentation and maintain accurate compliance records.
• Process and monitor Enhanced DBS checks.
• Check identification and Right to Work documentation.
• Obtain and follow up references.
• Ensure safeguarding and other required documentation is completed.
• Keep candidates updated throughout the clearance process.
• Maintain accurate information on internal systems.
• Identify outstanding compliance requirements and chase to completion.
• Support the wider team to clear candidates for work quickly and safely.
• Search for suitable candidates through job boards and databases.
• Advertise teaching and tutoring opportunities.
• Contact prospective candidates and conduct initial screening.
• Build relationships with teachers and education professionals.
• Help identify candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
