Primrose Schools Konrad Group is seeking an Education Coach to support teachers across early childhood classrooms. You will mentor, encourage, and equip educators to deliver our Balanced Learning curriculum with confidence, joy, and high expectations.

In this role you’ll observe classrooms, share practical feedback, help with onboarding, and partner with leaders to create welcoming, engaging experiences for students and families.

Responsibilities

• Coach and encourage teachers across all age groups, helping them build on their strengths.
• Participate in selecting and hiring passionate educators.
• Partner with the leadership team to create welcoming, engaging onboarding experiences.
• Conduct classroom observations and offer practical feedback to support the delivery of Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Help teachers confidently use our exclusive digital curriculum platform.
