Explore Learning Wylde Green is seeking an inspiring and proactive supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre.

You’ll lead the Tutor team, drive centre growth through community engagement and partnerships, and ensure exceptional family and member experiences from enquiry to progress.

The role is permanent, full-time, with a starting salary of £27,000 per year; London weighting may apply for centres in the London area.

The Role

Logistics

Location: This is a permanent, regional role. You will be based at our Explore Learning centre in Wylde Green full-time for approx. 6 months and will then relocate to another centre in the area.

Starting salary: £27,000 PA

*Those working at centres in the London area will receive anadditionaluplift to their annual pay between £1000 and £3500 due to London weighting.

Contract: Full-time, permanent contract

Tuesday 11am-8pm

Wednesday 11am-8pm

Thursday 11am-7pm

Friday 9am-6pm

Saturday 9am-5pm

*workinghours may varyfrom centre to centre
