Explore Learning in Sale, UK is seeking a Centre Supervisor who will lead day‑to‑day operations and grow the centre through exceptional service for families. You’ll work with the Centre Manager to develop a high‑performing Tutor team and drive member growth.

The role focuses on safeguarding, coaching, and delivering outstanding maths and English progress for children, while building the centre’s reputation and community links.

The Role

Logistics

Location: You will be based at our Sale Explore Learning centre full-time.

Starting salary: £27,000 PA

*Those working at centres in the London area will receive anadditionaluplift to their annual pay between £1000 and £3500 due to London weighting.

Contract: Full-time, permanent contract

Working Hours: a typicalweek*:

Tuesday 11am-8pm

Wednesday 11am-8pm

Thursday 11am-7pm

Friday 9am-6pm

Saturday 9am-5pm

*workinghours may varyfrom centre to centre
