Explore Learning is seeking a confident, people-first leader to run one of our education centres in North London. You’ll take full ownership of service delivery, member acquisition, team culture and your centre’s growth, building a high-performing environment where children thrive and families trust us.

You’ll balance hands-on educational leadership with operational excellence, coaching tutors, tracking progress, and driving membership growth.

• Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently.
• You’ll role model excellent tutoring and coach your team, supporting your members to achieve real maths and English progress and unlock a love of learning.

The Role

Logistics

Location: You will be based at one of our Explore Learning centres in North London full-time.

Starting salary: £31,250 - £33,750 PA salary depending on experience.

*Those working at centres in the London area will receive anadditionaluplift to their annual pay between £1000 and £3500 due to London weighting.

Contract: Full-time, permanent contract

Working Hours: a typicalweek*:

Tuesday 11am-8pm

Wednesday 11am-8pm

Thursday 11am-7pm

Friday 9am-6pm

Saturday 9am-5pm

*workinghours may varyfrom centre to centre
