Explore Learning Ltd in Birmingham is seeking an inspiring and proactive Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre. You’ll work with the Centre Manager to lead a Tutor team, drive membership growth and deliver exceptional service for families, while safeguarding and delivering high-quality learning experiences.

This is a full-time permanent role based at one of our Birmingham centres, with a starting salary of £27,000 per annum.

The Role

• Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events

• Maximisingprofitability through debt and revenue managementandoptimising staff efficiency

Logistics

Location: You will be based at one of our Explore Learning centres in Birmingham full-time.

Starting salary: £27,000 PA salary

Contract: Full-time, permanent contract

Working Hours: a typicalweek*:

Tuesday 11am-8pm

Wednesday 11am-8pm

Thursday 11am-7pm

Friday 9am-6pm

Saturday 9am-5pm

*workinghours may varyfrom centre to centre
