Explore Learning Ltd. Beaconsfield is seeking an energetic Centre Supervisor to support daily centre operations and lead a team of Tutors. You will work closely with the Centre Manager to grow membership, optimise staff efficiency and deliver exceptional learning experiences for families.

The role focuses on educational leadership, safeguarding, and driving centre performance. A full-time position located at our Beaconsfield centre with standard hours and an annual salary of £27,000, with

The Role

You’llimpactall aspects of centre performance, including:

• Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events

• Maximisingprofitability through debt and revenue managementandoptimising staff efficiency

Logistics

Location : You will be based at our Explore Learning Beaconsfield centre full‑time.

Starting salary: £27,000 PA

*Those working at centres in the London area will receive an additional uplift to their annual pay between £1000 and £3500 due to London weighting.

Contract: Full‑time, maternity contract (12 months)

Working Hours a typical week*:

Tuesday 11am-8pm

Wednesday 11am-8pm

Thursday 11am-7pm

Friday 9am-6pm

Saturday 9am-5pm

*working hours may vary from centre to centre
