Explore Learning in Birmingham is seeking an inspiring supervisor to support day-to-day running of a thriving centre, leading a team of Tutors and growing the centre through new member acquisition and delivering exceptional service for families.

You’ll coach your Tutor team, drive member progress in maths and English, manage operations, engage with the local community, and uphold safeguarding.

Starting salary £27,000 per year; full-time, permanent; based at one Birmingham centre.

We’re looking for an inspiring and proactive supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre. You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to lead a team of Tutors and grow your centre through new member acquisition and by delivering an exceptional service for families.

You’llimpact all aspects of centre performance, including

• Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events
• Maximising profitability through debt and revenue management and optimising staff efficiency
• Delivering excellentfamilyand member experiences from first enquiry through to long-term progress
• Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently
• Leading, coaching and developing your Tutor team to deliver outstanding learning experiences for members
• Championing safeguarding by prioritising the safety and wellbeing of every child in your care
