Explore Learning Bracknell is seeking an inspiring supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre. You’ll lead a team of Tutors and grow the centre through new member acquisition while delivering exceptional service for families.

Based at our Bracknell centre on a full-time, permanent basis, you’ll work closely with the Centre Manager and help drive membership growth, manage operations, coach tutors, and uphold safeguarding standards to ensure every child makes

We’re looking for an inspiring and proactive supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre. You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to lead a team of Tutors and grow your centre through new member acquisition and by delivering an exceptional service for families.

• Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events

£27,000 PA + £10000 London weighting
