Job summary

East Lancashire Learning Group is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Communications team at Lancashire Adult Learning. You will create artwork for print and digital campaigns, guiding design from concept to final production and helping shape how learners, employers and communities experience our colleges.

You’ll collaborate across sites, support photo shoots and event materials, and contribute to engaging, evidence-based design that reflects our learners and staff.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification in a relevant field.
• In-house or agency graphic design experience with a portfolio.
• Excellent skills with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
• Experience formatting artwork for print across formats.
• Experience building relationships and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Act as a creative brand champion, delivering high-quality artwork for print and online materials.
• Provide design solutions for campaign activity from concept to final production.
• Learn editing and producing video content, including animations and subtitles.
• Develop visual branding across college campuses.
• Lead image stock development to build a bank of approved brand assets.
