Job summary

East Lancashire Learning Group is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join the Marketing & Communications team in Lancashire. You will help shape how learners, employers and the community engage with our colleges through print, digital, social media, video and campus environments.

Your role blends creative design with strategic thinking, collaborating across groups to deliver compelling campaigns, prospectuses and brand assets.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification in a relevant field.
• In-house or agency graphic design experience with a broad portfolio of print and online work.
• Excellent technical skills with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
• Broad experience formatting artwork for print across formats and specs.
• Experience building relationships and working in a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as a creative brand champion, delivering high quality artwork for print and online materials, in line with brand guidelines.
• Provide design solutions for campaign activity from concept through final production.
• Learn and contribute to video editing, animation, and subtitling where needed.
• Develop visual branding across college campuses.
• Lead projects like image stock development to build an approved bank of assets.
