East Lancashire Learning Group is seeking a talented designer to join the Marketing & Communications team. You will influence thousands of learners and partners by creating print and digital materials, prospectuses and campaigns that bring our vision to life across campaigns, social media and campus environments.

You will work closely with colleagues across the Group, supporting photoshoots, content creation and Open events, with travel to multiple sites and a focus on impactful storytelling

Formación

• Degree level qualification in a relevant field.
• In‑house or agency graphic design experience with a broad portfolio of print and online work.
• Excellent technical skills with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
• Broad experience formatting artwork for print across formats and specs.
• Experience building relationships and working effectively within a team.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a creative brand champion, ensuring high‑quality artwork for print and online materials in line with brand guidelines.
• Provide design solutions for campaigns from concept through to final production.
• Be willing to learn editing/producing video content, including basic editing, animation, and subtitles.
• Lead development of visual branding across college campuses.
• Lead projects such as image stock development to build a bank of brand assets for diverse audiences.
