Penguin Recruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Architect to lead education projects in Winchester. You will manage from inception through to completion, delivering detailed information for all RIBA stages and coordinating with the design team and contractors.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and deliver education projects from inception to completion.
• Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages.
• Collaborate with design team and liaise with main/sub contractors.
• Attend design team meetings and site visits; issue working drawing packs.
