Job summary

Hunter Dunning is working with an established architectural practice in Birmingham. This role provides architectural design and project delivery across a variety of architectural projects and different work stages.

The successful candidate will be Part 3 qualified and ARB registered, with strong experience managing all RIBA stages, and prior experience on education and DfE projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and a solid understanding of CDM regulations are required.

Qualifications

• Part 3 qualification and ARB registration required.
• Experience managing all RIBA stages across projects.
• Experience on education and DfE projects preferred.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and health and safety responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural design and project delivery across a variety of projects and work stages.
• Contribute to multi-disciplinary architectural practice involving DfE work.
