Responsibilities

• To lead on the Local Authority’s statutory response to Children Missing Education (CME) and manage the team to fulfil this.
• To lead the Local Authority’s response to supporting families who require additional support to secure initial access to education ensuring families are accessing wider support where necessary.
• Offering training and development opportunities for partners to understand CME responsibilities and how access to education can be improved.
