Qualifications

• BSc degree (or equivalent) in life, medical, social or physical sciences.
• Proactive attitude with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to change, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills within an international team.
• Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively without constant supervision.

Responsabilités

• Assess newly submitted manuscripts for ethical and scientific compliance and completeness.
• Review to-be-accepted manuscripts for adherence to publishing and ethical standards.
• Spot-check external editors and provide feedback to internal colleagues.
• Support technical queries from external editors.
• Contribute to chasing pending tasks and managing backlog.
• Assist in the evolving editorial process as the journal grows.
