Condé Nast is seeking an Editorial Operations Manager to oversee British GQ’s day‑to‑day editorial operations across print, digital, social and video. Based in London, you will manage budgets, workflows and systems, working closely with finance, legal and production teams to ensure timely, legally compliant delivery.

You'll lead with strong organisational and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment, driving process improvements and coordinating across multiple departments and markets.

• Manage British GQ’s editorial budgets across print, digital, social and video.
• Partner with Global Director of Editorial Operations on forward planning and resource allocation.
• Oversee editorial workflows and production processes ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage Content Planner and editorial systems with accurate information.
• Oversee procurement, vendor onboarding and invoice processes.
